Training & Placement (T&P) Cell at Baba Farid College of Engineering and Technology has an agenda of fostering the Industry-Academia linkages/partnerships to create a workforce empowered with the necessary and continuous upgraded skills recognized by industry internationally. BFCET is continuously taking initiatives to raise the quality standards year on year to match the global standards and remain on the top in this globally competitive world. In bridging the gap between mainstream education & industry BFCET provides soft skills training sessions regularly to the students, which are specifically tailored by working on the basic foundation of the students with the help of technological conformed pedagogy. As we all know, Education is not just about acquiring great dossiers of scorecards or grade sheets. Education is all about nurturing your thoughts and actions in such a way that you are the fittest to survive in this era of cut-throat competition. The industry skills are changing day by day by which placements are getting more competitive for the students. This is one of the main reasons to introduce soft skills programs.
