Baba Farid College of Engineering and Technology inculcates social value and responsibilities to the faculty members and students by imparting extension/outreach activities in the neighbourhood for the holistic development of the society. Since its inception, the institution regularly conducts outreach programmes in collaboration with government agencies and NGOs. The Institutions organize awareness campaign and drive on pertinent issues like Blood Donation, Environment Protection, Mental health, drugs abuse and trafficking, Gender equality, Road safety & traffic rules and many more.

Through extension and outreach programs, we sensitize the students to develop social values, widespread responsibilities and knowledge in societal issues and problems by making them involved with the community people. Through this, we establish a good relationship with NGO, tie-up with other reputed organizations and join hands with local authorities and serve the community. Students with profound interest attain social values and responsibility. Above all, the students get hold of social justice, value, responsibility and sustainability.
